The Bondi Empanadas and La Canoche teams have put together a hundred or so references for natural wines and a dozen or so recipes for timeless, authentic empanadas made by hand using local ingredients.

Bondi Empanadas: a buttery pastry filled with your choice of filling, all gently browned in the oven - this is the basis of every Argentinian empanada. Distinguishable by the particular pattern of its scalloped edge, each empanada has its own character: tasty meat, delicate fish, stringy cheese, or sunny vegetables.

La Canoche: a natural wine bar where you can discover natural wines in a free and relaxed way, in a festive, intimate atmosphere that's open to all!
