Tartares & Co

The first Tartares&Co restaurant has been inaugurated in 2014, offering a menu based on tartar variations. From beef to sea bream, salmon or tuna, there is something for everyone.

A third restaurant has been set up in the Flon district where it is now possible to taste these tartars as well as the various carpaccios or ceviches on the menu.
